Making Butter!

As part of our Producers and Consumers unit, we learned how farmers make butter.  We used Heavy Whipping Cream and a dash of salt and the children became "Producers" of butter as they shook the jars.  They were so amazed at what they created!  I'm not sure if they enjoyed making it more or "Consuming" it with their crackers.
