WE LOVE RESEARCH!!

We have learned about owls and other nocturnal animals and decided to do a little research on the owl. We also completed a mini-book on owls. Students were excited to take these home and share with their families. 

DOING A LITTLE BIOGRAPHY WORK

During our Abraham Lincoln story, we learned about Biographies. Students were paired up and given a biography of an important American to read, research, and report back to the class. It was very interesting to see what surprised the students about each person. They learned about 8 different important people in one afternoon!! I think it even got them interested in reading more biographies!!
